Problems with Health Canada and Medical Marijuana? We need your stories!

My name is Matthew Mernagh. I am charged with growing marihuana. I am challenging the constitutionality of the government’s medical marihuana program. I am claiming that some people who should qualify for the program can not because their doctor is not aware of the therapeutic benefits. This is a national issue and as such it will be important for the court to know how the issue plays out in different parts of the country.

One of my representatives will contact you with a draft affidavit after we receive this form from you. We will then make arrangements for you to swear your affidavit.
