Send Marc Emery to the USA
Send Marc Emery to the USA. If this was any other individual who had broken the law. Whether the law is correct or not it is still is the law. Would that ordinary individual have any special rights over Marc?
So what makes Marc's case any different?
Sincerely.
Is that a Serious fuckin question?
Google him do some homework before sayin some shit like that...and the bottom line is these injustices need to stop now! Its time to Free our Cure for cancer! and stop punishing people like Marc who did nothing wrong.
Its the negative thinkers who drag us down...
Because Marc only sold seeds
Because Marc only sold seeds from Canada, not from the US. And selling pot seeds in Canada only lands you a small fine, and our own government declined to charge him for that.
So sending him off to a US prison for a crime he committed in Canada that our own government didn't charge him for, makes absolutely no sense.
Not to mention the fact that his arrest and extradition are politically motivated (as shown by the DEA press release on the day of his arrest), and it's ILLEGAL to extradite someone for political reasons according to the extradition treaty.
